Casino Auto Body is a family-owned, owner-operated auto body shop that has been proudly serving the Arverne community and surrounding areas for over 50 years.
Our philosophy is simple: care for the customer, respond quickly, and deliver great service every time. We believe in treating every vehicle—and every customer—like family.

Being owner-operated changes how a repair goes. The person who writes your estimate is the person who checks the panel gaps before the car goes back to you, so nothing gets lost between a service writer and the shop floor. If a hidden bracket or a corroded mount turns up once the bumper cover is off, we call you and the adjuster with photos before any extra work starts — no surprise line items at pickup.
Most of our work arrives after an accident, which means the repair is only half the job. We photograph and document the damage, send the supplement to your carrier, and keep the claim moving while you get on with your week. We work with all major insurance companies and are just as comfortable with an out-of-pocket repair, where we will show you where money can be saved without compromising the structure or the finish.

What Makes Our Work Different
How a Repair Runs at Our Shop
1. Estimate. Bring the car in or call us for towing. We assess the visible damage, note likely hidden damage, and give you a free written estimate along with a realistic timeline.
2. Claim and approval. If insurance is involved, we document everything and deal with the adjuster directly. You approve the plan before we order parts.
3. Structural and body work. Frame and chassis measurements come first, because panel and bumper alignment is only as good as the structure underneath. Then panel repair, replacement or fabrication as needed.
4. Prep and paint. Sanding, filling, sealing and priming, then a computer-matched finish sprayed in coats and blended into the adjacent panels so the repair disappears.
5. Reassembly and final check. Trim, lights and moldings go back on, the car is cleaned, and the owner inspects the gaps, the color match and the finish before you are called for pickup.
